Massive Fire Tears Through Inwood Building

A massive fire in Upper Manhattan is now under control after burning for hours overnight.

More than a hundred firefighters were called to the commercial building located at 4945 Broadway in Inwood.

Investigators say the fire started on the first floor just after 11 p.m. and quickly spread.

It took crews four hours to bring the fire under control.

Two firefighters suffered minor injuries.

It's unclear what sparked the flames.

Broadway between 204th and 208th streets remains closed at this time.
