Police are investigating a deadly car crash that took place early Thursday morning on the Major Deegan Expressway.
Police say a Dodge Charger was speeding towards the George Washington Bridge just after midnight when the driver lost control and hit a cement pillar.
The 30-year-old driver and one passenger were killed.
Their identities have not been released.
Three surviving passengers were taken to St. Barnabus Hospital in critical condition..
