A Brooklyn family is hoping a $5,000 reward will help them find a missing man.

Police say Joshua Rubin, 30, was last seen leaving his Lawrence Avenue apartment on Halloween.

The man's sister, Hilarie Rubin, said he's a diabetic and left without his insulin. She's concerned that his health and safety could be at risk.

"The emotional toll of not knowing where he is, not knowing if he is safe or cold or sick or hungry or worse, is simply unbearable. It has been 19 days. We have not been able to find him," said Rubin.

Joshua is the owner of Whisk Bakery Café in Ditmas Park.

He's said to be about 6-feet 2-inches tall, 180 pounds with a thin build, brown eyes, and brown hair.

Anyone with information on the case should contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS, or text CRIMES and then enter TIP577, or visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com.
