The Department of Buildings has issued a full vacate order on a house in Far Rockaway, Queens after the top floor collapsed during a party Saturday night, injuring a dozen people.
Officials say the third floor of 451 Beach 72nd Street collapsed into the second floor, trapping one woman who had to be rescued.
The fire department says two women were taken to Saint John's Hospital, one in serious condition.
Eight people had to be removed by ladder and 10 refused medical attention.
Officials are investigating the cause of the collapse.
