Bear Sightings In Metuchen, N.J.



The small borough of Metuchen, N.J. is warning people about two bears that have been spotted this morning wandering through neighborhoods.
The bears, described as small, were last seen near of Assisi Cathedral, just off of Main Street. There were also sightings Rector and Maple Streets reported to police.
Emergency alert calls were being made to homes and businesses to alert people about the sightings.
Metuchen is less than three square miles in size and it completely surrounded by the much larger Edison Township.
