A search is underway for a Brooklyn restaurant owner who disappeared about two weeks ago.

Police say Joshua Rubin, 30, was last seen leaving his home on Lawrence Avenue on October 31.

Relatives say he is a Type 1 diabetic and without his medicine, he could suffer memory loss or death.

He is described as being a little over six feet tall and weighing about 180 pounds with a thin build.

He also has brown hair and brown eyes.

Rubin is the owner of Whisk Bakery Cafe on Newkirk Avenue, which has since been closed.
