A landlord beat his tenant to death and then killed himself after a vicious dispute at a Jamaica, Queens home Tuesday.
Police said the 62-year-old landlord bludgeoned the 48-year-old woman about the head. A second-floor tenant is said to have witnessed the fight.
The landlord then stabbed himself in the neck and slit his wrists. A machete was found nearby.
The identities of the landlord and tenant have not been released.
