Police say that five people were injured in a shooting early Sunday morning.
The shooting took place in front of 349 Fenimore Street near Nostrand Avenue in the Prospect-Lefferts Gardens section of Brooklyn.
According to police the incident started over a dispute which led to five unidentified victims, four men and one woman, all injured.
The five victims were taken to Kings County Hospital and there is currently no word on their conditions.
Police say there were numerous shell casings in the street.
This marks the second gun battle in a Brooklyn street in less than 24 hours. One man was shot and killed at a house party early Saturday morning in East New York.
Police say they are still searching for suspects.
